This is a secure location, so a picture ID is required. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get through security. World Bank will provide a tour of their Service Desk at the end of the program.

The closest metro station is Farragut West and paid parking lots are located nearby.

COST

There is no cost for the workshop, but seating is limited, so register early! Please be considerate and let us know if your plans change after you register and you are unable to attend. 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Does your company, internal and/or external clients know the value of your Service Desk? Do they have a positive perception of the services you provide? This month's program will provide information to assist you with creating or updating your marketing plan to place your Service Desk in a positive light.

Robert Lohfeld will deliver and exciting and engaging speech on Marketing your Services to Create Positive Perceptions. The presentation will focus on how to market yourself, your company and the services it delivers to differentiate yourself from your competitors. Mr. Lohfeld will offer tips on how to market, identify and capture opportunities. In addition, the materials will cover how to pursue these opportunitiesThis program is helpful to those on contracts and private desks looking to elevate the perception of the services offered.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Robert Lohfeld has more than 30 years’ experience in capture management, proposal management, business development, and executive leadership specializing in building corporations serving the Government market. Successfully grew companies to over 2,500 employees, culminating in the sale of these companies to major corporations or to the public. Nationally recognized for leadership in business development in the Government market and leadership roles on the Boards of Directors for five industry associations.
